Robbie Buice ~ Director of New Developments

Vintage Estates Realty is proud to include Robbie Buice as part of our team.  Robbie brings with him a wealth of business awareness and executive skills.  Always enthusiastic to lend a helping hand, and pride in his work and relationships make him exceedingly valuable to his clients.  Robbie, a native to Georgetown, SC is well recognized in the community.  His standing and service to the local area is consummate among his peers.  Robbie graduated from Winyah High in 1977 and attended the University of South Carolina.  Living in Pawleys Island has given him a great love for golf and on any given day you may find him enjoying the endless miles of pristine estuaries in his kayak.

Robbie loves his local community and is involved in Pawleys Island Community Church as a drummer for the praise and worship team.   He also shares his musical talent with the locals and vacationers in his band   “The Fourclosures” where he plays along side our Broker in Charge, Don Thomas, who is the lead on Guitar and vocals.  Robbie, a true Southern Gentlemen enjoys all aspects of music and often says, “If there’s beach music, I’m shaggin!”  He has 14 years management experience with Wal Mart and 14 years management experience with Builders First Source, a local company.

Prior to coming on board with Vintage Estates Realty he received the “Leading Edge Sales Award” for sales with Prudential, as well as recognition as the companies Top Listing Agent for three years straight.  Robbie and his beautiful wife Angie have been married for 23 years and have two daughters, Emily, 22 and Kamie, 17.  Family is of paramount importance to him and it shows as he assists his clients.  He causes anyone he works with to take a step back and realize the importance of choosing the right property to build the memories that will last them a lifetime!
