Kathy Besse ~ Broker / Sales Executive

Kathy comes to Vintage Estates with a wealth of knowledge of the local area.   A native of Indianapolis, IN, she has called Pawleys Island her home for over fifteen years. She has always been drawn to the water and spends most of her free time enjoying the local rivers and estuaries with her husband Dean and her two wonderful children Garrett (11) and Rowan (7). 

Kathy has a tremendous flow of referrals from past clients due to the high amount of trust and rapport she builds with each relationship.  Extremely driven and ambitious, she takes great pride and fulfillment in knowing that she has the ability to connect her clients with the ideal property to meet their individual needs.  Kathy has had the privilege and unique opportunity to represent some of the area’s most successful real estate developers.  She has detailed experience in all facets of real estate from plantations, Waterfront homes, land and commercial properties.
